So i am a customer of nextra broadband and using it as there are no service provider for broadband in my area except nextra. But last time when i recharged nextra so i was unable to use the service for more than 20 days and when i complained they didn't resolve and closed the ticket without resolving the issue then i called them and asked for extension of my validity for the days which i was not able to use because of the technical problem going on from nextra so they said call for extension when the service will be ok and like this my validity ended on 10th so i called them for the extension so till now they are opening a new ticket everyday and closing it saying the customer was not responding and the number was switched off but that a big lie. Also i have shared alternate number but the same comment for that number. As am i a fool that i will open a ticket n raise the complain n then switch off my both numbers.
So they are just fooling the customer like me n not helping with this. I am very much frustrated with this as i have locked more than 10 tickets but they have closed all the tickets with the same update as the number was off or no response which cannot b possible. I can show the proof from my network provider regarding the status of my number.
Please help me with the problem as i have paid the full amount for recharge but have used for 6-7 days only so i want the extension of my validity for the days which i didn't use because of technical issues from there side. Was this information helpful? |
