I got registered myself with nextra broadband and then installed internet at my house. I complained to nextra everyday but they didnt bother me. I had given a security deposit of rs 1500 and another rs 600 for activating my plan. It was very frustrating that the customer care were also very rude and they really didnt bother me. We daily book our complaints but the booking staff behavior is very bad always answer, i felt i was cheated. I have applied for refund but till date i haven't received my refund yet. I have kept on sending mails to them and call to customer care, everytime i got an answer that i will be issued cheque of refund within one month but till date no revert on mail or not received my refund back.
