Hi Nextra Team,
I am a Customer to Nextra since long back with Customer ID: 2091900 and since then I am using such a pathetic service and net speed.
I am facing issue with the Net speed and frequently disconnection on regular basis.
On today i.e 15th May 2017, I have upgraded my from from 10mb to 50 mb.
But still I am getting download speed of 10-14 mb/p using speed test.
Also in the past i have raised many tickets for low network speed but no proper resolution is provided.

I need a resolution asap.

I have complained on customer care regarding Internet issue and they confirm me within 6 hrs it is rectify but till now it is not resolve my complaint ID : [protected] at 21:00 hrs.
Please look into this matter as I am a valuable customer of Nextra for more than 5 yrs.
