I had put a disconnection request of my nextra broadband account (Customer id 2115831) and it was clearly communicated to me that the disconnection as well as the router collection will be completed in 30 days time and you will get the call back in 48 hrs after putting the request. None of the nextra person called me about this and on repeated follow-up, they had temporarily disconnected my connection. Inspite of several calls & follow-up, i am not getting satisfactory response and i believe they have put my connection under retention category and don't want to return my security deposit of rs. 1500.
This is completely a non professional behavior of the company and they are not committed towards the commitment made to the customers.
I would like to highlight this issue here so that people should know about nextra company and think twice thrice before taking any services from them. Was this information helpful? |
