I had applied for a new broadband connection and a cheque for the same was collected from me on 2nd june 2018 by nextra representative Mr Manoj.
My application number is MH100224 and customer id is 6003446.
After pursuing the matter for about a week, we were told that the installation was not going to happen and our application is being cancelled.
My cheque towards the installation was not returned back to me and later in the month we were informed that our cheque is being debited .
After following up with this matter for another 10 days we were informed that the refund is generated as on 25th june, but the amount has not been credited into my account as yet
Also I am unable to contact their call centre as the customer id 6003446 when typed is rejected as a wrong number . Was this information helpful? |
