Nextra Teleservices — nextra wifi not working

It has been more than two days since my wifi connection is not working. I have tried calling customer care but they are not providing solution to my problem. I would never recommend nextra services to my friends and family due to their support services.in fact i am still searching for the solution to my problem and landed here. Dear sir

my customer id is 2088945.

Due to upgradation in mayur vihar phase iii, new delhi you had stopped the net service. After that i have returned my
wi-fi equipment. It was done 3 month back .
But i did not get refund of my security.
