I tried to contact you 2 times. If you are not able to provide good service atleast refund my money. Your internet has not been working for the last 3 days. Cable light is off and not working. Called 2 times and the agents say it would take 12 working hours again and again. One more interesting thing is I called Nextra at 9.57 PM, 24/05/18 2nd time and it's amazing that the guy who was talking to me over the phone was listening music while talking and didn't even bother to help.
I just want my money back. You charged me for an old router that too Rs 1500. Just take your router and give me my money back for the router and the for the days you guys are unable to serve.
