I have contacted Nextra for the internet connection, their representative came and asked me to pay the fee in advance and he will come back the next day and will do the wiring. I made payment and followed up with the representative for 1 week, but he did not come back. Then my next harassment starts, I followed up with their customer care almost every 2nd day for 2.5 months to refund my amount, but they keep extending the deadline for my payment. I want my money back. Nextra is CHOR.
