My name is shobhit kumar srivastava, i asked nextra to discontinue my service on 20th june, 2017 and they have disconnect the connection on 22nd june. 2017 but nobody has collected router as of now, i called nextra customer care around 50 times and every time they said we are updating the case and you will get solution in next 24 hours
Nobody is able to collect router in 60 days but nextra is claiming that they will reimburse security deposit in 45 days, it seems like support helpdesk is doing nothing as in last 60 days i didn't receive one single valid update.
I also escalated this case to [protected]@nextraworld.com and [protected]@nextraworld.com but nobody is responding over email.
When we send any email to nextra they don't even read your email and will reply with the save template that "we have escalated this issue to concern team and will provide solution." i getting this response from last 2 month.
