I have never come across such a pathetic service in my life. They are not bothered about the inconvenience that a customer is facing. It seems that the management is sleeping and not taking the customer service seriously. This mindset flow from top to down, if higher management is not serious than the people below donât gave a # about it. My complaint no is [protected]. Nextra broadband customer services are so bad that i regret taking this connection. The net is down since 5-6 days and it has been 4 days since i have registered a complaint with the customer center. Every day i call them up, they just say that i will get a call back in 10 -15 min and it will be resolved today but i have not received a single call back from them. They say engineer are working on it, how can an engineer work on a problem without knowing about it. I have called them 12-15 times and i get the same reply. They are also not bothered if a customer say to report the case on social media which show how stubborn there management is. Highly irresponsible. I work from home so internet is very essential for it but despite repetitively requesting n complaining the internet has not been repaired n all my work is pending. I have a question to the management, why should i pay for last 5-6 days with no internet service? This is so disappointing. Bad service.
