My internet is down from past 4 days and i have called customer service 10-12 times they is no fix yet. When i ask for escalation they say there is no one available and promise a call back in 15-30 mins. It has been 4 days no one called me. This is worst service provider i have ever seen. Their customer service does not know how to handle the issue. I am getting mentally tired, please help help help!
