Nextra Teleservices — payment made but installations doesn't happen

I paid 707 plan charge in advance to install new bordband internet connection on 08 sept and i was assured by company that next day they will install it. But today is almost 6 days and they are even not telling me when they will install and setup connection at my home. I have followed with them 10 times but always getting response that they are still checking. Now neither they are refunding my money nor they are installing connection. Pls assist.

Updated by alok064033 They completely denied to refund my money and agreed to install connection after one month of delay. Now there service is very poor. J have raised multiple call and issues reference are - [protected], 5002, 5003, 5004, 5005, 5006, 5007 but issues never got resolved but they just closed all tickets. Even they don't agree to provide SLA of these tickets. Looks like they don't bother about customer tickets and service level agreement. Would require consumer forum intervention to either resolve issue permanently or refund my money completely including installation charge.
