Nextra Teleservices — poor customer support and worst broadband connection

From past one month i have not been receiving proper speed. They have taken 4 month advance payment for 50 mbps and i am getting 1-2 mbps.
I have been mailing them to rectify my problem but they are creating ticket and resolving it by themselves without sending anyone.
I want my money back.

My name is yugal kishor joshi.
It has been 5 months and my refund has not been sent. I am very upset.

Please send my money My registered mobile no is -[protected].

I called customer care many times. But they always talk to wait. Therefore I request you to send my money to me. This money is very important to me.
They stopped operations in my area just after my renewal payment for 3 months. They promised me to refund entire money within few days. However I am continuously following up for more than 150 days for my refund. I have written multiple emails and had conversations over phone but there is no resolution till date.
