I requested for a new connection (to nextra telesevices pvt. ltd.) at my home address in faridabad, haryana, on 10/09/2016. a guy from nextra (govind, cont. [protected], [protected]) came to my house and did the whatever form formalities needed and took inr 1150/- as advance. he assured me that the connection will be installed on 13/09/2016.

I tried to call him on 13/09/2016, initially he didn’t answer my calls and later on when he did he told me that he is just checking my status and will get back to me. but he didn’t even bother to call me back. i’m trying to call him since 13/09/2016. i have made almost hundred calls to him. but he simply never answers my call and when i call him different numbers, he accept the call but immediately ends the call the as he hear my voice. i have called the customer care and they tried to check my status through the crf number that he has provided me, but again the crf number came out to be invalid. and they told me that they cannot do anything without a valid crf and asked me to wait.

I have sent 3 emails to their nodal officers but they doesn't seems concerned about the issue. i didn't get even a phone call from their side.

So, it is my humble request that please help me out to get refund from company and take suitable action against the company and that fraud govind, his contact numbers are as follows: ([protected], [protected]).

I tried to call him on 13/09/2016, Initially he didn’t answer my calls and later on when he did he told me that he is just checking my status and will get back to me. BUT he didn’t even bother to call me back. I’m trying to call him since 13/09/2016. I have made almost hundred calls to him. BUT HE SIMPLY NEVER ANSWERS MY CALL and When I call him different numbers, he accept the call but immediately ends the call the as he hear My voice. I have called the customer care and they tried to check my status through the CRF number that he has provided me, BUT AGAIN the CRF number came out to be invalid. And they told me that they cannot do anything without a valid CRF and asked me to wait.

I have sent 3 emails to their Nodal Officers but they doesn't seems concerned about the issue. I didn't get even a phone call from their side.
