I returned the router and are waiting for my refund since july 2018. Every time i call the customer service they ask me to wait for one week. This is going on since sept 2018. They neither have the reason for delay nor they are refunding the money. Every two weeks i call them and they give the tat for one week. I also send an email to them and as per their website they are supposed to reply on the email in 24hours and its being a month now... Still no reply... Worst internet service provider ever.
