Nextra Teleservices — refund of advance for the internet connection

I took the connection one week earlier (4th march 2018). The connection didn’t worked for a day. I logged complaint on 10th march 2018 ([protected]). I was being assured that the problem will get resolved in max 12 hour. Now its being more than 28 hours. I tried calling the sales executive but he is not picking up the call. I am totally frustrated and now i do not want the connection any more. Please stop fooling people by making fake promises. I am going to reach customer forum/court and will make the management answerable for the losses borne by me... (Mohit - [protected])
