I had disconnected my Nextra connection starting November and the router was collected in Dec after lot of follow up. I was given a form where I had to follow a link on the site and had to fill my bank details, which I did. It's 18th March and I have still not received the refund of 1500 which was supposed to be made within 90 days. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP and revert and confirm the same after the receipt of this mail.
