Nextra Teleservices — regarding not refunding security amount of router after 110 days passed

Nextra broadband company has not refunded my security amount rs 1500 after

Disconnection of services, 1 had mailed to nextra customer support and their nodal officer and call to customer services but all my effort got in vain. I want my security amount of router get refunded as soon as possible.

My issue [protected] is still unresolved and its 4th day of recharge. There is no response from anyone, nobody picks up call and chat has standard replies. Is this company still functional??
