I have cancelled my account on 17th august and still nobody have called or contacted me on collecting the router i have contacted the customer care several times they have no idea when it will be recoved one of the employees vikas said it will be collected a week ago which it wasnt, other employee rinki denied me on my face when i asked her to connect me to her manager, , , is that what customer service is??????????
