Its been several weeks now since i have been following up with nextra for my security refund of 1500/- inr. They already collected the router more than 4 months ago in april and promised a refund within 90 days. Every time the customer service agent promises to look into the issue and get back to me regarding the pending refund but i am highly frustrated now with their fake promises and i feel cheated. I submitted a complaint on their website as well but no response at all. Who do such fake companies even exists. Why cant some strict action be taken against such companies to set an example.
