After raising multiple complaints i still:
1. Was promised but did not receive any call from the service agent
2. The internet was corrected after 36 hrs for momentary time and again i do not have any internet
3. Customer care number is "busy" after 20 plus attempts since today morning
I feel this is the worst service provider with worse customer centric experience i have ever had in my life.
You do not even have an obligation to reply to my email sent to you 2 days ago.
I have been given a warning by my office owing to bad internet connectivity (When the plan is active) and now since the past 2 day for no internet.
I will make sure in my capacity to create awareness and escalation for the disgusting nextra experience.
