Since inception the broadband speed is less than 2 mbps (Download+upload) though have taken a 50 mbps plan in gurgaon sector 110 a. Have registered complaints number of times but all in vain.
Infact customer care close the tickets automatically without even resolving it, forget about resolving they don't even bother to confirm with customer if issue has been resolved or not.
Fed up of their service.
