I hereby wish to share with you that i have an nextra connection having registered mobile number "[protected]".
I joined nextra team on 17.06.2017 and facing a problem of slow internet connection speed from 19.06.2017. Subsequently i filed a complaint vide no. [protected] due to same.
After a continuing interaction with the nextra team i got further complaint number which is [protected] on 30.06.2017 because my previous complaint has been closed without any permission or our reviews.
When i talk to executives on helpline number[protected] many a times, they always said that our team is looking after this problem.
At first they said there's any problem from back end and then they try to solve the same from our connection access. But they haven't solved the problem till now.
Even there's no proper customer support has been given. No contact number or any ting like this by which we can track status was shared by the team.
Executives on helpline always said that our team will contact you but i havn't received any call. I have already submitted my feedback. The team have not respond to that.
Your executives promise to solve the problem every day but there is no solution to the concerned issue.
Some times your executive also check proper speed but most of time speed is not proper even less than 5 mbps. (Speed id not stable)
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and provide us the proper internet facility services or refund me my paid amount of rs 3500 asap. Was this information helpful? |
