I have been a loyal customer of nextra for the past 3 years. But, lately i have been highly disappointed with the service provided. I have been complaining for the past 2-3 months about the bad wifi connectivity. The wifi worked for maximum 10-20 days in the past 3 months. Many complaints and calls were made to the concerned authority. But, the matter has not been resolved till date. I was promised a month fee waiver to my account, which has still not been credited to my account yet. Inspite of all the calls and emails to the concerned i have made, the issue still exists.
It's been more than 2weeks that my wifi connection is disconnected, and no fee waiver (As promised by nextra) have been provided.
There is no help been provided by the customer care executive. No other contact is been provided to resolve the issue.
This is highly disappointing and unprofessional behavior by the nextra. I would like the concerned authority to take the matter seriously and resolve the issue asap, and restore my wifi connection with the month fee waiver. Was this information helpful? |
