Nextra Teleservices — Worst network

I am using NEXTRA broadband connection and my plan worth Rs 1099 . According to this plan nextra promises to provide 20 Mbps speed . Which is all false they only give 2 to 3 Mbps speed . I have contacted costume care regarding this but the response I get from them is very poor . After every complaint the send me message that your problem has been sought out. But nothing is done . It is my personal experience and I will suggest you all to not use nextra .
