I had logged request for nextra cabling issue 3 days ago and till now no response has come. Just received a call from nextra that the issue will be resolved in another 3-4 days time. Cabling work will hardly take half an hour time but the company seems irresponsible towards their work and commitment.
The representatives on nextra customer care number are fraud and just speak same lines *Your issue will be resolved between 9am-7pm*. Everyday they just fool the customers and no issue is resolved. No one calls back.
Nextra has poor customer service. Seems complete fraud. Will suggest no one to use Nextra. Was this information helpful? |
