I purchased this product online through their website and received it dead on arrival. I requested for return but they refused and so I sent it for repairs. After receiving it still the product was dead and I raised a complaint and they did not accept for return. After constant follow up they accepted the return but instead of refund they gave me giftcard. Indirectly they are forcing me to buy their product but with this type of bad experience I just the refund. Its been few years now and I have still not received any refund.
