Nexxbase Marketing Pvt Ltd — regarding warranty product pick up on earphone (noise shot x 1 air)

I bought the said product on 22nd aug through myntra and it mallfunction after a month. I contacted the nexxbase customer care [protected]@nexxbase.com ticket no. 221060 and they scheduled a pick up through delhivery on 26th september. Till now there is no updates on my product's where about. Even the shipment company delhivery is silent. The only reply i get from them is a computerize reply sayng "the product has not reach the warehouse and kindly be patient" even if ask any other question that is the reply they give me. I need a proper reply whether they have lost my product. I am totally disatisfied as a customer.
