Ngpay — A big fraud

We made a transaction last year - a flight ticket which we cancelled in November. Till date there is no sign of the refund, despite repeated promises.

And then there are incompetent people on your 24*7 helpline… We have been following up on my refund since 7th Feb… All they say is “your refund will be credited in the next 48 hours”

More recently, heard them ridiculing customers !!! Making fun of them and enjoying as if its a joke

This is unacceptable and need an immediate resolution. We have the mails from ngpay confirming refund initiation which will be substantial evidence
