NIIT — refund of admission fees not received

Dear Sir,

With respect to below communication mails / details with NIIT, Nugambakkam Branch
Head Mr.Vinod,

I had not received my refund amount though 90 days has been passed.

No. of Visits to the NIIT centre at NH-33 and follow up for 3 months had been failed
To get back my refund amount.

Hence now I feel that I need to approach Consumer Court for getting my refund.

I will take this issue to different possible levels where
The authencity of NIIT and its system will be questioned.

The same message with proper proof also will be shared
In the social networking sites as I donot find any other source to get back
My refund though I had waited for 90 days with the assurance from Mr.Vinod.

This is hard to believe that at NIIT, how you will be treated after
You make your payments.

Hoping an suitable response & course of action from NIIT.
