I’m a student of Royal Global School, Guwahati, Assam, i purchased a nike shoe a month ago and it got ripped, i complained about it in this website 1 month ago and students gallery recieved a mail to replace the shoe with a better ones and i replaced the nike school shoe from Students Gallery Guwahati because it was getting ripped without using roughly but eventually it was more worst quality . This shoe again is getting ripped off at the sides and in the top. This is the worst quality shoe. I wore this shoes for 7 days and without even using it nicely it was tearing off .
I request you to replace this shoe with a better pair which would last longer .
Please take action as soon as possible because i can’t wear this shoe anymore.

I purchased nike basketball shoes zoom ascension, in 6 months o[censored]sage the sole started coming out. I purchased it around 6k and it didn't even last 6 months properly. I can't even play now much with it. I started using it for casual wear but that also didn't last long and now the shoes are almost near to becoming useless.
For the amount i spent i feel the quality is disgraceful.

At the time of shopping the sales person kuldeep chapal kar told us that the warranty period is 1 year now they have denied completely. Being a loyal customer of nike feeling very embarrassed. I am regular customer but i am not happy with nike. I bought uk 6 number shoes from nike's jaipur store from 4800/-. But these shoes not perfect size o[censored]k 6 number.
Correct size chart is uk - 6, us-7, cm - 25. Eur - 40
And present nike's shoes size chart is :- us-8.5, uk-6, eur - 40. Cm-25.5
This size not perfect in my legs. Please solve my problem. I want to refund my amount. Other wise i will tale...

One seller namely ansari bags and gift corner located in front of company garden, pratap chowk, bilaspur c. G. Claims to be an original seller of nike but the bag is not enough in quality. After several requests he didn’t return the bag nor returned the money. He has given me the receipt only and not a genuine bill with tin number. When i warned him of legal consequences, he said he is ready to bear every brunt.

Please take action in this regard because they are defaming the brand as well as making mockery of customerservice. It is a huge disrespect to the brand.

I have purchased nike shoes from nike outlet in viviana mall, thane. I use the shoes for my morning walk, gym and casual office wear.
Unfortunately within just 6 months of wearing the shoes has started developing pores in both the legs side.
Now it's embarrassing to wear these shoes in public.
Request to intervene and take corrective action asap and save me from embarrassment.

Having confidence and faith in your product, i had purchased one nike track pant at a cost of 2096/- (Rupees two thousand ninty six only) on 02.08.2017 from kapil agencies nike factory stores address: shop no: ga02& gfo, nh-22, zirakpur (Punjab)- 140603, contact no: [protected]. The invoice no. For the purchase of the same is[protected]
With in one month, the product developed damaged and it came to light that is made of extremely poor quality material. The matter has also been brought to the notice at the outlet from where the product was purchased.
Hoping for a fair trade practice, i hope the same product may be replaced or the amount may be credited back within 7 days of the reciept of this e - mail.

I was given false data by the person in NIKE showroom( at Mittal Mall) about the sneaker shoes as badminton sports shoes and also the upper shoal of right shoe is extremely tight while walking and running, thus it rubs against my upper ankle and hurts. I would appreciate if NIKE looks into the matter as soon as possible and resolves as I will leave Panipat city by November end.

The bottom of the shoe had been ripped off.
And the stitching has ripped off.
This shoe is not anymore wearable.

I'm naresh dhondi, i bought nike (Nike men revolution) shoes 4 month's ago the cost is 3600rs, my left side shoes bend on one side, this cause my left leg pain and dr suggest me that you wear flat slippers to get out from leg pain, don't wear them.

I bought a shoe and after i wore it i found that it is bending from front and hitting on my toe. I called immediately and went to store they told me come in 4 days as there will be a new stock and it will be returned. Today i went and they told me that it is used and we will not return. Later on they gathered their staffs for confirmation and every body denied. Being such a big brand they are being creepy and unprofessional as the staff started arguing with me and asking for a proof that he told me that it will be replaced.

I bought new shoe and it was tore by working at field & then i went for help at store situated at anand, gujarat, but they told we can't help you out for this case. I asked store person for 50% buy back, shoe repair or exchange. They told we will e-mail to customer care & then they gave answer after more tahn 25 days saying they just told we can't help you out you have to take new shoe. Nike don't help unless & untill they have any manufacturing defect in their items. Is this your policy with customer?

My complain is against snapdeal company i want to draw attention of nike india so that they are aware of that snapdeal is seeling dublicate nike products in the name of nike. Snapdeal people have started cheating their customer this is not for the first time i am facing this problem. They are running short of cash so they started cheating there customer.

I have not received that product which i actually ordered for i have received one black nike slipper which was having red color nike sign n it was not given to me on nike box. Then how can i trust that this is a original nike product. I would like nike as brand to see into this matter so that there customer dont get cheated by such fraud company
It was looking like dublicate one i wanted to return that product but they are not ready to return it nor they want to refund it. I dont understand when i am paying original product why i am not getting the original product

2. My second order is [protected] it was for nike brown slipper isntead of brown color i have received some neon color slipper which was of sub standard qulaity. I have been using nike slipper from long time n i no that nike doesnot give such poor qulaity product and the nike box which i hvae received with that box nothing was written in it apart from nike logo.in nike box everything is written like size n price but in this box nothing was written. The seller name is cra traders and retailers

3. My third order id is [protected] one black nike track pant in this order i was facing size issue but they said they wont take it back nor they will return the money inspit of that it is written in their return policy that it can be written within 7days without any hassel. I would like nike and consumer forum to take strict action against this company so that they dont cheat there customer and they dont go against their return policy

I recently bought a pair of shoes from nike retailer outlet, i was surprised to that the shoe started to tear within a one week interval, and when i went to the retailer for an exchange the service was just not there, instead the seller had a bad tone talking to me. Even the online customer services site does not fuction well. The shoe was labelled to be used for training purposes, i used it for running on treadmill and sprinting on grass. The shoe seems to be worn off.
I have been a regular nike customer and have purchased lots of shoes and apparels and was satisfied with the quality but this product and the way the seller reacted is very unlike the brand i used to buy and preach. Please help me avail the provided warranty and do train the sellers to be a bit more professional so as to fit into nike standards. I have safely kept the bill, expecting quick and professional customer support

Bad product quality from nike

Nike was my first choice when it came to purchasing a sports shoe for myself. This is because of the brand value, the product quality, and the service offered by the company. But recently, i was thoroughly disappointed with the product that i purchased.

I bought a pair of nike free rn from the nike showroom in central mall, mg road, kochi, kerala on 29/09/2016. I bought it with great expectations, and even though the price (Rs.8995) was beyond my budget, i was happy that it was from nike. And i was assured by the showroom that the shoe is worth every bit of the money i pay, and that it will last for a good time. But by the end of a year, i noticed that the front portion of both shoes had torn beyond repair. Please see the attached image of the ruined shoes. I took them to the showroom from where i purchased it, but they said the replacement warranty is just within 6 months of purchase. Now i regret purchasing the shoes, as if i have to pay around rs.9000 every year for a pair, then that is not worth the the money, or the brand value that it boasts about. Being a professional sports brand, i expected a bit more quality from the product.

I would request you to kindly let me know if i can get a replacement for the shoes, as one year is a very short expiry date for a pair of branded shoes.

I have purchased one pair of training shoe from jabong with order number [protected] which was delivered on april 19 2017
Now the shoe sole is damaged and the jabong company is not accepting the deffecr
The company is saying that as i have availed more than 20%discount for the product so they will not accept my compaint
The company is saying that nike company is not accepting my deffect shoe pair
I think that nike will not supply any low quality product for any discount rate but the jabong company is making the image that you "nike"company is giving product at discount rate for more than 20% defective will not be accepted
The policy for jabong company is wrong because we customer are not purchasing for jabong but the brand name like nike which we think are giving us a good quality product and by the way if any deffective product is supplied nike company will take neccessary action for its consumer

My name is sumit tushir. Ihave bought your shoes from your chattarpur store in delhi on 20/02/2017. I loved your shoes but they got damaged after 3-4 months o[censored]se. I was not in the country when they started getting damaged. I came back this week that is why i am complaining now. The right shoe started getting torn/damaged from the toe area after 3-4 months o[censored]se and now it look so bad that toe is coming out from the shoes. I request you to replace it with new one. I would be so kind of you if you replace them as soon as possible.
