My name is sumit tushir. Ihave bought your shoes from your chattarpur store in delhi on 20/02/2017. I loved your shoes but they got damaged after 3-4 months o[censored]se. I was not in the country when they started getting damaged. I came back this week that is why i am complaining now. The right shoe started getting torn/damaged from the toe area after 3-4 months o[censored]se and now it look so bad that toe is coming out from the shoes. I request you to replace it with new one. I would be so kind of you if you replace them as soon as possible.

I'm monami das from kolkata. I'm a 'female sports lover'. And yes, we do exist. But i think the sports companies like you sometimes forget the fact. When you are launching the national jersey in our own country please try to keep it in mind. I'm a huge football lover by heart. Yesterday i went to the nike store located at mani square mall with the plan to get the u17 wc jersey. After the trial it was again clear for me you didn't consider us the females as your customers. May be you think female supporter are not important that much. We famales have shorter shoulder length than the men. So when i tried out the s size the sleeves reached my elbows. I was almost perfect fit in my body but not shoulders as always in case of every other teams of clubs sports jersey. So from the next time please keep that in mind. As this is the biggest tournament in india so far, it was really important for me. But sorry to say that gender discrimination is still there in india in the top most brands and it's proven. They still believe that sports is for male only. Yes i'm tired of it. Completely heart-broken.

I purchased my studs 2 months back and they are now damaged from front and i couldn't play with them. My tournament is about to start also, it will be so hectic and difficult for me to play with these studs and i fear that they will be completely tear apart if i play with me in future. Being one of the reputed company it's you duty to satisfy your customers to the fullest. We nike family always look towards you with a hope and i request you to replace it asap. It will be a great help to me. Thank you.

I've visited your nike factory outlet in bangalore in banashakari 3rd stage, and had liked a nike white running shoes. However the trial piece was old 2012 manufactured and was dirty. I asked for a fresh price and was refused rudely and there was no alternative provided. I asked for a discount for the damaged piece which again i was refused. The attitude of the sales team was humiliating and argumentative.

I'm highly disappointed with the service and the quality of products being pushed onto customers.

It's highly unfair to pay the same price for a 5 year old overly worn shoe as we would for a brand new one.

I hope there would be some action taken in this regard.

I bought new nike magista onda ii fg, but after 1 and the half month its front side got damaged and i m unable to play with that stuff, please do exchange my product or do make them like before, as its front surface is moving apart from the shoes, and also there are some broken marks on the front, i think it cant be resolve by just pasting the product, because with pasting it cant be treated, that's all, thank u.

I have a complaint regarding a fake nike seller online who is selling counterfeit nike products in the name of original online in india i have his address his phone number and the social platform through which he sells these stuff. I have purchased nike running shoes from westend mall ludhiana on date 5/10/2016. Cost of shoes was 6995 rupees. But mine shoes have been torn. I have visited store but they have told me to complain online. I am not satisfied with the product i have purchased.. I want to exchange mine shoes. Pls help me out. Hi, i purchased a nike football studd for my kid on june 2017 form a outlet at phoenix city in kurla, mumbai. But same was damaged and when i went to show to claim the warranty they wanted the details. The thermal paper bill was damaged.. They said they were not able to dig out the details through the shoes barcode. Pls suggest me how to go about this.in fact if such problem arises with decathlon the one more shop regularly i shop for the sports goods simply by scanning the barcode they exchange without any hassel

I rajesh gajria - [protected] have purchase three nike shoes in the last 5 years.

I have been a fool as you may feel because all my shoes faced a similar problem. The bottom of the soul - a strip that are stuck to the soul always has left the soul.

I'm very unfortunate that the last too which i may have purchased probable a year ago has also encountered the similar issue.

I always thought of nike as a brand but unfortunately i feel that the i have been cheated.

Sir i bought nike sport shoes from your factory outlet sitaburdi opposite bank of maharashtra nagpur on 29 th april 2017 invoice no. Nk104/00408 but after one month its front sole of toe tip are removed now i want to replace complete shoe and i have doubt of its originality i have no any call from you and your oulet side from last three months while i gave them that shoe they told me that they don't do anything, so i request you sir to help me in this regards to get good quality shoe

Me & my family went to showroom & salesman, kabir has talked to us in pathetic manner. He has just not allowed us to move into the showroom & talked rudely.

I will not purchase anything from nike till i wont get justice & hard action on this guy.

Please advise me for the action on this mentally handicap guy.

With all due respect nike as a company i always had a huge expectations but this is happening for the second time that i have purchased a same product that is not upto the mark, the resistance band is not even flexible enough to perform the exercises that comes with the product catalogue forget others, last time with all my anger and strength i could stress it beyond limit and it got damaged this time i guess its the brand value which has certainly gone down, hoping for a convincing acknowledgment.

And i used them only 15 days
Bt with in these days i found that my shoe soul was getting ripping it self
With out any hard use

So please exchange the shoe or return my money

I bought a pair shoes from nike jayanagar with bill no. S17/2400 dated 17.07.17 for rs. 6341.00 as a exchange of complaint shoe which i have purchased on dated 14.05.17 but they given me shoe with wrong no 9 instead of 8 when i was feel discomfort and see the no. Of shoe it was 9 instead of 8 immediately i inform store and they called me and after seeing shoe they are not exchange the shoe because i used it for a day. I regular used nike because of comfort but now i am very disappoint and uncomfort with shoe. Now i request you to please arrange to change the shoe and oblige.

I bought nike shoes against subject order, however within use of 2-3 months, the sole is getting heavy wear & tear and also the insulation of the sole is gone at few points. I have taken these issues at nike showroom at oberoi mall at goregaon (E.), mumbai. However to my surprise they bluntly refused to take the complaint as the shoe is purchased from online website (Jabong) and asked me to take-up the issues with jabong directly.

Above incident has given a big surprise that after spending a huge amount on a branded shoe i am not getting any kind of brand support as i have purchased the shoe from online site.

In view of above, i have taken the issue with jabong.com along with pictures of the defect in the product, but they washed away their responsibility by saying that the product has no manufacturing defect.

Hi, we went to the franchised outlet of nike rj corp at dt city centre mall, mg road gurugram, haryana. There we were attended by an emoloyee pramod kumar. I would like to bring your kind attention to his behaviour which is just too arrogant and rude and unintrested at the work. He refuses to listen to your requirements and always want to debate on silly topics and this not just my experience every second person who encounters him gets the same impression. It was really annoying and bad experience from nike. I would highly suggest you to replace that employee with an educated one who would keep your brand and standards met with the expectations of the customers.

I purchased nike men grey air relentless 6 msl running shoes from myntra

After 1 month its sole started getting ripped off. It starting cracked down at lower side. Photos are attached, please have a look.
I request you to please exchange shoes or refund money as soon as possible.

I had brought the product on 22nd june 2017 and used it only two times and after the second wash the reflector strip and logo faded off. I gave a complaint to the showroom where i had purchased it and they also approved my warranty but i want the exact same product which they said they do no have and told me to take any other one which is available but i want the same type.

I have been using nike shoes since 15 yrs. I never got any complaint from he shoes but this time when i got the shoes as i am a long distanceathletics coach in indian army i need to run very much. Every time i got the shoes they worked pretty well for me but this time i was not satisfied with the product i got. Maybe it was a manufacturing mistake. And i hope you would help me with this.
