I have purchase a nike sports running shoe for office purpose on nov 2016. Use of these shoe is normal. After 5 month front sode cloth is torn or damage in very small area. Day to day increasing and look and socks also shown outside. The quality product is purchased an amount of 2700 rupees. It is damaged at a short period.
It is requested that it may be repaired or replace as soon as possible.

Sir please replace the shoes or refund my money bcoz i pay so much money to ur company shoe lf it is work worst than the local shoe why would i pay so much money for ur shoe.

I would like to bring your kind notice i was purchased one sport shoe pair 4star rating model[protected] sl. No upc[protected] size 44 at your retail outlet reliance foot print near suchitra circle, kompally road secunderabad - 500014 ph:[protected] on dt:- 5/02/2017 bill no:9950 with great faith on nike brand, but unfortunately with in the span of 5 months both l. H & r. H got damaged at front end fabric area as shown in photo. It clearly indicates that quality issue. So, i visited on 26/07/2017 at above mentioned show room for replacement, they simply rejected to replace not interested to listen us. Please find the attached copy of cash bill and photos of shoes for your reference. I would appreciate to replacement with new pair.

I purchased a lower from nike and next morning or i would say after 12 hours there were severe cracked in it. When i go back to that store to complain, they said there is no money return policy and you have to buy something to adjust the money. After some days i went again to settled my money and they sold me discounted product on actual cost as per their policy.

Resolution : this is absolutely fraud and i want my money in return with apology from them.

I brought the nike hypervenom x style no[protected] on date 07/03/2017. The bill no is s16/16618, the bill amount being rs 4683/-. The sole got ripped from the middle and cuts are increasingly appearing on the upper part. I would like to exchange the shoes. Kindly process my request and exchange them as soon as possible (6 months warranty).

Myself Saurabh Dabhade and i am regular customer of nike products. Last month on 12th jun 2017 i took Nike Thong 5. But after 1 month print of Thong get rubbed. Its worst experience of i got within 1 month of nike product. I went to the shop but they gave me your e-mail id.

Its humble request you to i want replacement of product. Here i am attaching image of thong and invoice copy of product. Hope so its trusted brand and nike wont break it.

I have purchased the said shoe from dv mall bhopal Dt 21 may 2017 . After use of one month it is noticed that the base of both shoes became flate and lining of grip from sole disappear. However the said shoes was used by me in good condition of road and I immaditey deposited the said shoes in dc mall for rplacement on 03 jul 2017 but my shoes is not replaced so far my invoice no is NK069\00739 dated 21 may 17. You requested to replace the shoes at the earliest please.

This shoes (Nike air relentless 5 running shoes (Blue, white) i purchased on dec-2016 and now it has started toring from front (Both side). I am very disappointed with this product at all. I am not sure what kind of shoes you have given to me. It seems this duplicate product which you have given to me. It would be better that if i purchased low range other company banded shoes like bata then i should have regret on this purchasing.

Please look into this issue and let me know in case what you can do from your end.

Sir. I have being using nike since 15yrs. I have recommended it so much to many of my frnds. I never had a complain from nike but this time the shoes i bought about a month ago has been worn out. I am an athletics coach in indian army and i always use to use nike. And it has really disappointed me. Nike is my favourite brand. I hope you could help me with this

My self basavaraju, last sunday purchased nike lunarconverge shoe in nike outlet kathraguppe around 6200 ruppees. But in online it would be 4500 ruppees. Why this much difference in amounts. Am not happy with this kind of stuff. Let me know resolution for the same.

I have ordered an nike hyperdunk 2016 from jabong online website. They had send us the unauthentic and fake product. They didn't deliver us the nike box, nike tag and bill. They just delivered us the shoes in there box. When we asked them that where is the nike box, nike tag and bill. They said that the box was damaged so, they didn't deliver us the box then i said them that you would have delivered the damaged box inside your box. They are not doing anything with this issue. They are not able to prove that the product is authentic. They are selling fake products using your name. Kindly do something as soon as possible.

I bought nike shoes worth rs 5500 from ur retailer partap exclusive in jammu around 4 months back, the logo of the shoes got peeled offf, , , and they are denying to do any thing about it even d nike showroom people is saying for 6 month replacement guaranteee

Dear Sir,

I bought my shoes from the Nike store in Beijing, after washing, soles faded away. I haven't rubbed them with anything. Just soaked in water overnight. I knew it that it has nit over the top so I cant use brush on it.

That's my favorite shoe.

I have took cr7 mercurial price 8000 now it's round 1 and half month over, today yesterday day before yesterday i started wearing that show and played i got feeling that 1 is small and 1 is big that time i check the size right leg was uk 9 and left leg was uk 8 i have told him to give uk 8 but 1 pair he have gave uk 9 so u can replace the right leg shoes

I purchased nike flywire shoe online within 3months soul pasting is starting removing and net is also damaging . When i go to the store they said we can't do anything for these because you purchased online . I purchased nike shoe because company manfucaturing good products and they statisfy there customer by providing high quailty goods. But these time i really upset from you because i paid high price to the shoe but its nt worhtfull tu pay high prices.
If i purchase any local brand shoe they also nt damaged so. You people damaged the compny image by selling these shoes.

I am so much disappointed with my product . Aftet first wash all the thtead is coming. All the stitches are removing by itself . I bought this product from jabong . They have given me the cheapest quality . Its a request that atlease change my product . Its quality is gone completely after one wash . I cant believe nike is giving such products . Please help me and change my prodct.

I purchased, nike air max, your high end product, such a low quality product, sole of shoes just get tear off, i am from surat (Gujarat) no showroom person listen my complaint, really very disturbing experience with nike.in such a short period of time even rs 500 shoes not get damaged and for this shoes i pay rs 15999/-.

I had ordered a football shoe (Hypervenom 3) worth 8000 rupees and i had ordered it after receiving a mail that it's 50%off on nike but during payment through card it didn't send an otp and the total amount was deducted from the card. Then i spoke to in the nike store and they told me to return the shoes in order to receive the refund. So they sent a person to pick up shoes and then i received a mail saying that money will be refunded within 3-4 business days but till date nothing has happened and this incident was in the month of april

I have bought 25/11/2016. My shoes net damaged after 5 months. I give our shoes to shopkeeper to replace it. They will give me shoes after 1 month repair the shoe with a some solution. I will return to the shopkeeper. Now they will make excuses. They will guarantee the nike shoe pair before buy the shoes. Please solve my problem immediately.
