I have ordered Nike Air Max INTRLK shoes on 2nd May 2022 and I paid via UPI
(Google pay ) ! But due to some reasons I have cancelled the order within just 15 mins of making payment, i have received mail from Nike that your order is cancelled along with the order number ! But it's been 5 days and I haven't received the refund 😐😐

    Please help me replace the same as I have got it out of Brand value and its highly disheartening to get such a product.

      My husband purchased nike shoe.he demand for size 9 but they have given us wrong size 8. When we went to exchange the manager of the store behaviour was very rude. He has no manners to talk even with ladies. He also taken the wrong shot in the store and even exchange had given to us.he kept those wrong shoes in the store. We are back empty hands. Without shoes. He behaved in very I'll manner. Pls. Resolve our issue and get back our right size of shoe. Also change that manager who has no manners to talk with customers...we very disappointed with there behaviour it seems that he is the boss or owner of the store. Thanks

        Hi,

        I have been uploading the required KYC documents but Aramex is rejecting every time I submit.
        I understand the address should match in the document and delivery address given. But in my documents it's written Ludeg, Jashpur Chhattisgarh 496220. Whereas, in my delivery address given it's vikas auto Ludeg, near bus stand pathalgaon chattisgarh 496220.
        And this is enough to match more than 70%, still they are rejecting my KYC verification and my order is on hold.
        Request you to please help on this issue.

            I have placed an order on Nike India and after some time due to some reasons I wanted to cancel the order but there was no cancellation option and customer support also denied canceling the order despite the fact I was canceling the order within 4 hours of order execution and the product wasn't even dispatched.
            The company's agent is citing a 30-minute canceling policy which is not shown during order placement and the article related to policy is also not available on the Nike India website. I want a full refund from the company but they are still forcing me to get this product and later return it which is very time-consuming as it takes more than 20 days for product delivery and another 20 or 30 days for product return and refund.
            I even offered to get a refund in Nike credits so that I can order a new product they denied. Please help with this issue they are completely taking the rights of customers.

              And they have packed only one piece of sleepers. Right leg sleepers.

                I placed an order via nike app for two sweatshirts. There was an issue with the website earlier hence I chose the app. I made the payment via UPI (UPI reference no[protected] to the VPA- [protected]@yesbank for amount ₹7190. I haven’t received any email or an SMS that states the confirmation of my order. Rather when called upon, am being told there’s nothing in your system that relates to my email id and no such payment has been received. I have been trying to connect to an executive via call, email and even the chat option available online.
                I even called by bank (HDFC) to confirm about the same and they said payment has been deducted from their end. So the issue lies with NIKE. Please revert ASAP.

                    I ordered a pair of Nike Airforce 1 shadow shoes worth 9745 Rs from Nike’s official App. I used UPI Option for the payment. But the order was not placed & “transaction failed” was shown. However the money was deducted from my bank account. Please do the needful and return the money.

                        I had purchase Nike shoes on 30th June 2021 fron nike retail shop in Lower Parel. Unfortunately I have not preserved the receipt of the same. I've the transaction number and the date of purchase which is
                        [protected] i had used the shoes but the sole got damaged and came out. I had approached the retail shop in the month of December 2021 and the shop owner who had mentioned that the repairs would be done at approximately rupees 3000. I state and wish to register a complaint of supplying a faulty piece to the outlet which I bought and got damaged in one use. Request you to do the needful and replace the product. Incase if I don't hear from you in 10 day's I'll be registering a complaint to the Consumer Court.

                          I ordered my product on 16 February 2022 on the nike app, firstly it was no where mentioned that they would be needing KYC. After that I have submitted my address proof more than 10times with aramex, their delivery partner. I don't want my money stuck, they are not even cancelling the order this is robbery in daylight. I have ordered from nike not aramex they are the one responsible.

                            On 20.02.2022 from Nike.com/in, I placed an order for one pair of Nike Air Max AP in size UK10 worth Rs. 8295 + Rs. 750 delivery charges. Total Rs. 9045/-(Nine Thousand Forty Five only). My delivery address is Bidhan Park, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I followed all instructions and paid for the item through net banking but I immediately received a "Transaction Failed" message on screen. However, I received sms on the phone...

                            I ordered a pair of air max shoes for women on[protected] from RJ corp, Nike store vijayawada. They weren't having pair ready with them so they ordered that particular pair from another store of theirs in Hyderabad. I was promised to be given in 2 days. 2 days passed, I asked them about the pair and they gave me response that it will arrive by Sunday. so on Sunday I went over and for my pair for which they said its still in transit and it will on next day that is Monday. Later on 2 weeks passed on they dint give any follow up about the arrival of pair and today that is[protected] they say me very rudely that is your to come and collect and moreover we dont inform inform our customers about the product arrival or anything. I want a strict action on the firm "RJ CORP" for this behaviour and irresponsibility. My experience with Nike was so uncomfortable and irresponsible.

                              Order date: 07.02.2022
                              Result: Order not placed, money debited from bank.
                              Struggle: SBI mailed that money has been received by Nike. Nike mailed they have redirected the money back to the account.

                              Final Result: Still no refund. Nike asking to contact SBI. SBI internet banking cell asking to contact branch. Branch tells they can't do anything and we need to contact SBI internet banking cell over toll free number. This is the vicious cycle that a buyer has to go through after buying from an esteemed company like NIKE using the largest nationalised bank in the country. What luck.

                                  This is mention you that on 07.02.2022 at around 8:44 p.m, I made an online purchase at Nike.com for Rs. 22, 247.00 from Kolkata, India.

                                  While payment, I selected the option for SBI online internet banking. After giving the necessary one time password, the payment of Rs. 22, 247.00 was debited from my account and it redirected to a page stating " Payment Error: We couldn't process your payment. Please try again with different payment method".

                                  I had contacted Nike support staff and have also mailed them but yet to get any solution. Also I have raised a complain in SBI.

                                  I am yet to receive any clear statement from both NIKE and SBI about the refund.

                                  The order was processed through mail id: sengupta.[protected]@gmail.com. Transaction Reference No: [protected]

                                    There is a factory, where all duplicate products manufacture by owner like Adidas, Nike, Puma, Shiv Narash, Rebook, Woodland etc.

                                    Firm Name is RAJVEER ENTERPRISES.

                                    They do very big deals and all deal happen in black and white also...

                                      L have purchased 2 pairs of Nike shoes from flipkart.com on[protected].
                                      when i received the product, i am not satisfied with the product, as i am using Nike products form so many years and love the quality of this brand i trust Nike. but now what i received form flipkart this time was not matching with Nike brand shoes
                                      it was very bad quality and look like duplicate from the original products.
                                      so i kindly request Nike company to look after this matter with serious concert
                                      so that customer like us don't loose fait and trust on your brand.
                                      Kindly replace my shoes with original and good quality of Nike shoes.
                                      Copy of invoice and photos of the products are added with this.
