We purchesed shoes online by flipkart on 13th nov 2021.The shoes are ver poor qualitiy and not comfortable .I would request for a retuern my shoe at the earliest possible because im unable to retuern through flipkart. We also many time request on flipkart but reject my request.Please action my complaint earliest also expecting a satisfactory reply

I had ordered a pair of shoes from nike’s official app for amount ₹9700. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed and it said “transaction failed”. Please look into the matter.

I have bought Nike Zoom Series Running Shoes for 6000/- which is not even used for 60 runs, around 5 months old i claimed for warranty. (6 Months Warranty)

Both Shoes Mess has been cut at middle of the leg inside. find attached damaged shoes pics, when i send for warranty claim, they have responded accordingly as below.

"We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we are sorry to inform you that the based on the inspection result, it does not meet the claim eligibility criteria"

Hopeless service form Nike.

Nike is so horrible why can’t Nike refund my amount I have return in dec and Nike already received the return product on 24th Dec they said have refunded my amount since I haven’t receive I have ask for Refund ID, Reference Number But cudtomer service cannot provide me that refund id and how can I complain even in bank without any proof of refund and wen I call Nike they say refund is already initiated thn wr is my refund id?

I placed an order on the Nike website (https://www.nike.com/in/) and the order id was G[protected] and there was one shoe Nike Hippie approx INR 8800. I had returned the shoe and pickup was also done but no refund has been issued yet for the last three months.I have chased them and provided them with everything but still, no refund is issued and now they have said they can't issue a refund.

I have ordered nike shoe and have to provide kyc verification documents.since my permanent address is different from shipping address.i have provided the electricity bill but it is in my father's name.We are living in the same house.Can the customs be cleared.

I recently placed an order of Nike Air Force
shadow which costed 10, 295 With 750 shipping.
The website shows there is no such order placed
whereas the total amount of 11045 is deducted from my bank account.

We ordered a mobile and registered to nokia support team about the issue. No resolution for more than 40 days. They agreed for replacement still it has not been pickedup. The ticket number is 167914.

Bought a pair of Zoom X nike shoe .
But find that causes discomfort during my workout .
Also don't feel safe with jumps as I feel am on uneven surface
Plese look into the design and would appreciate if you address this issue .

I've placed order on Nike website. I cancelled the order within 30 mins. But haven't received refund. Mailed them but no reply yet.

It is brought to your kind notice that, the shoes purchased by me from your authorized dealer in Ambience mall Vasant Kunj on dated 12/09/2021 have been causing a severe problem/pain in my left foot.

. These shoes have a 3 months warranty on it and the warranty period is not over but the shoes are not up to the mark the way sole and the cloth have come off. This is a “BLACK MARK” for such an expensive brand like NIKE.I would request you for repairing or servicing or replacing of the shoes as soon as possible.

We don’t expect such quality of shoes from a company like NIKE after paying so much. We would rather request people not to buy shoes from a company like NIKE where the quality of shoes is so poor that it does not even last for 3 MONTHS even after you spend so much.

I had complained this to the showroom which I bought it from, but they requested us to contact the customer care.

I bought a shoe FROM SSIPL RETAIL LTD, c/o Bharat Shoe company, 15/4 J.L. Nehru Road, Grand Hotel, Kolkata 700013 on 5th Oct 2021. Seller showed me some shoes. I like a shoe and asked the seller about the catagory of shoe. I was confusing that the shoe is women's shoe or men's shoe. But the seller confirmed that the shoe is men's shoe. Before payment I again asked but the seller told me that the shoe is a men's shoe and I bought this shoe. At the time of returning home I found that the shoe is women's shoe in AJIO website. And again i visited the shop and told the seller that it is a women's shoe but the seller again told me that the shoe is men's shoe with more confidence. So please take necessary steps against the seller who provided wrong information to sell products. I became very sad after reached home. I found that the tags of box was damaged on the mentioned portion gender which prove the the seller dishonest. We don't expect this kind of Service from a world class company like Nike. That kinds of seller destroy goodwill of the world class brand like Nike. We are the buyer and we believe Nike. So this kinds of selling destroy blind belief. I hope company will take necessary steps against dishonest seller and also help us. I live far from that shop. So it is deficult to exchange shoe with in 7 day. My contact no is [protected]. I have ordered a Nike Shoe from Flipkart which has 6 months warranty and within 3 months the shoes skin got fading and outer layer is cracking so I contacted nike customer care for claiming the warranty, it's been more than 20 days since the mail was sent to nike but still now I didn't get any resolution and nike is not even responding to me properly they are just telling your claim is approved and Flipkart will contact you, they are just telling this for 20 days. I want a immediate resolution from nike .

I hav the pair of shoes which got Torned & developed Cracks on the front portion which are clearly visible and looks a BAD quality product.
I would like you to intervene & see how can you help me in regaining the confidence of the Nike Status of Quality with Sustainability .

I purchased the Nike shoes as per order. Now, all of sudden, a hole appears in my shoes requesting you to please arrange to do the needful as warranty. I am also attaching pictures for your reference.

Moreover, I had tried to contact the nearest Nike showroom but they were not accepting it and said "You need to contact Myntra only for all issues related to the product as you had bought from there. Requesting you to please do the needful on priority.
