[Resolved] Niki — not giving a refund | |||||
Paid 170rs for idea postpaid payment on 24th nov. Still not updated by operator as i confirmed 4 days ago over telephonic conversation with idea customer care. Also niki told me to share screenshot of conversation with idea customer care. How can i send screenshot of telephonic conversation? They are not helping me either. Responses are got from them are below in screenshot. These are the details Order details : Unique id [protected] Order id [protected] Amount 170 Service postpaid 7 days has been passed, & yet not receive any refund of 170rs. We had forwarded the details to our partner (Just Recharge It) for processing of refund, the same have been processed in your account after their confirmation.

Please note, the electricity bill reflects in 5-7 working days for almost all the operators, however the bill is processed within seconds.
Once the database is updated, the data and time is of the time you have paid from Niki, so there is no occurrence of late fine.
Note: For few electricity board, like Gujarat Vij Co, the bill is updated once in a billing cycle by them.
