Nilkamal — Assembling storage cabinet- Technician not reported to home

I received the item delivered by transporter Mahesh Road lines the packed item for the purchase order[protected] and Invoice number [protected] 0n 21 st Feb. The item I ordered is the storage cabinet. The transporter informed that a technician will visit in a few days and assemble the storage cabinet. So far no one has called or visited my place to assemble. Request to send a technician / carpenter to assemble the same. I have not still opened the package
