    We bought nilkamal mattress on feb 17 from a dealer and we didn’t see the product so carefully as it was in the cover and tightly packed so the product came and delivered in our home the mattress was put on and after six months to change the direction of the mattress as we lifted there was a tiny hole in the mattress and the springs and cushion of the mattress moved a side the was very disappointing about the mattress because only we used it for 7 months and the condition is like this so we want an another mattress or refund from the dealer

      I had brought Nilkamal furniture products and had received 6 coupons of ₹100 cashback. I have scratched those coupons more than 1 month back & haven't received any cashback yet. I have mailed the customer support many times they haven't replied me. I have also called customer support many times they always say the cashback will be received in 24 to 48 hours but it's more than a month & I haven't yet received any cashback. Why do you spread such false schemes & offers if you are not going to abide by it. I'm never going to buy Nilkamal products again if I don't receive this cashback.

        Ordered product got delivered. But not yet installed. It has been weeks. no one is responding and everyday technician calling claiming they will come today. But no one is showing up. Regarding the installation spoke with almost all employees of Nilkamal from all parts of india- Bangalore, chennai, trivandrum etc
        Everyone shares a different number and asks to call team leader/ shop owner/ coordinator/ technical head etc.

        The funny part is they are not willing to take the return as well

          Dear Sir,
          I purchased 5 chairs (NS07SSIBK) from your dealer Laxmi Sales India Pvt. Ltd., Plot no. E-95, site 4 UPSIDC, Greater Noida. I made full payment on 15 Aug-2022 and he promised me to deliver the chairs on 16Aug-2022. But, he has not delivered my chairs yet. When I am asking the dealer is pretending again and again. I request you to please ask him to send my products by tomorrow. Now, I decided not to purchase any product from this dealer in future.

            I bought 3+1+1 seater sofa set from shop address- Furniture Mall,
            Yadav Chowk, Hajipur, Vaishali on 30.07.2022.
            These sofas are not in same level height and one single sofa colour is not matching with other sofa. One is dark but other is light in colour.
            In this regard, I complaint three times to above shop Furniture Mall of Nilkamal but not response.
            So, kindly arrange to attend my complain regarding sofa, so that, I believe in future on NilKamal product frequently in future.

            Everywhere it’s the same. Very disappointed to deal with such an approach from a. reputed brand . now i understood why people are depending on other vendors
            Shopkeeper didnot attended my complain till date.

                    I ordered a queen type bed on 14th July (Order number:34415). I was delivered two wrong boxes and one my box. Installation guys came after 3 days of the delivery and they said they can assemble and ask me raise a complaint. Even after 5 days of complaint nothing happened and always wrong assurances from the customer service. The need 3 working days to ship from Hosur warehouse to Bangalore. Its really crazy. From last 5 -6 days my home is like warehouse for their product. Worst and pathetic service before assembly and no idea how will be the product. First and last experience with Nilkamal.

                          He gave me broken mirror on Reva model almirah. Attached is the image. They have not changed it till now.

                            I have a Alicia model King size bed, 3 door wardrobe, dressing table, side table and center table. There were damages hence i asked for replacement but it was not accepted. I asked for assembling (which is free of cost for the first time). The person came and said few parts are damaged and cannot be assembled and he left. Now i contacted a local carpenter and they said there is no damage to the holes of the sheets, hence the screws can be fit. Hence they assembled them without adding a single screw from there side. I have to cough up 6, 000/- for assembling the parts. Will Nilkamal reimburse my expenses? I want Nilkamal to pay me Rs. 6, 000/- as they disagreed to even assemble.

We have purchased hard mattress due to back pain. Your executive conscience me and I have purchased it. But it’s quality is getting worst in just 1 month.                               I bought products from Nilkamal and have received Cashback coupons. These coupons are to provide Rs.100 cashback once claimed (within 48hrs). I have got four coupons which I claimed them on the 6th of June 2022. And today is 16th June and not a single Rupee has been received.
                              I have mailed them and they simply stated that it will be processed very soon. 3 days gone and still no cashback.
                              It is not even about the money, its only 400 rupees. But being a valuable customer to the brand and getting Scammed with such Fraud offers just makes me really MAD.
                              I cannot understand why such a reputable brand like Nilkamal would do such a Fraudulent act just to attract customers.

                                    Moved the cot to Kengeri in Bangalore from mandya and contacting coustomer care as well area manager in mandya via phone and to manager in Bangalore via mail for appointment of fixing the cot. So far it's been 3months after shifting can't get it fixed.
