We are using 3 seater recliner sofa.. Outer leather material is coming off leaving white patches... Please rectify my issue

    I have ordered a dalton desk with book shelf on sep 9th from bangalore, marthahalli branch and product was delivered on sep 14. The screws were missing with the package and i was told it will be assembled without delay by getting the missing hardware from the office in a day or 2.. I am still waiting on getting an update and got an sms with complaint number[protected].
    Unable follow up on this complaint and status on assembling. Half a month to get the product using!!!

      Dear Sir, I purchased neelkamal water storage tank 25/12/14 from aggarwal sanitary store WZ-96 Vashist Park pankha road New Delhi 110046 for 30 year warranty.We told about crecks and leakage problems to seller.Seller did not accept my leakages problem.If you have not resolved my problem than we exilate problem to higher authority.         Please don't trust this company. These cons are preying at innocent people and delivering all defective items. Company blames the distributor and distributor blames the company.

            Placed an order more than 10 days ago. No one from team seems interested in updating the customer regarding the product status. Have been following up by calling customer care more than 13 times already and all I hear is "sorry and we will get back to you" but have not received any email or a call back about the date of dispatch. Neither they have a date nor any information.

              I bought 3+2 sofa set from Rama Traders in udhampur in june 2015. And today I saw the both the sofas are eaten by insects from the base. The plyboard is completely damaged and the powder is falling from it. How come the sofa from brand like nilkamal is damaged just after 5 years. May be it's not even 5 years it's a slow process may be the sofa already start getting spoiled after 3-4 years. I need the solution for the problem. All the other furniture in my house is already like more than 20 years still nothing happens to it. It's means we no need to buy furniture from outside furniture stores like nilkamal. The price of the products is so high but if you compare it with the quality of the product is nothing.

              I complaint to my local nilkamal furniture store but he did nothing for me. He told me the warranty is only 6 months. Of course nothing will happen to any furniture in 6 months. It's not about the warranty of the product it's about the quality of the product. Seems they have used the cheapest quality of plywood easily eaten by insects.

                nilkamal computer table / neither product nor refund of money received

                I have placed an order [order number tt5087-dj-04//#6285] to buy a study table online from ‘nilkamal’ official website “https://www.nilkamalfurniture.com/” on 7th june 2020 and at the time of placing the order, it was showing that i will receive my order latest by 24th june 2020. But till today i have not received it.

                After several follow up, they arranged delivery on 22nd july, but they sent a defective / damaged product...

                Please note that i have placed an order to buy a study table online from ‘nilkamal’ official website “https://www.nilkamalfurniture.com/” on 7th june 2020 and at the time of placing the order, it was showing that i will receive my order latest by 24th june 2020. But till today i have not received it.

                After several follow up, they arranged delivery on 22nd july, but they sent a defective / damaged product which i refused to accept and didn’t take the delivery. And same day i sent email to them again and informed about it with all photographs. Then they said, they will arrange the refund of my paid amount 5963/- inr. But after several follow-up till today they have not refunded a single penny. They even took all my account details as well stating that will arrange refund but seems they are not willing to refund my money.

                On top of it, in their website they have updated that the order is already fulfilled, how could they mention incorrect information, and when i asked them about it, they said, as they have dispatched the order from their end, hence for them its fulfilled. They don’t even bothered that customer is still suffering and have not received the placed order.

                In my last email to them on 5th aug, when i mentioned this that if you will not refund then i will complaint in consumer forum, so they even didn’t acknowledged that email and simply ignored. And till today nothing happened and i don’t think anything will happen without involvement of consumer forum.

                I am totally fed-up and frustrated and you are my last hope. Seeking help from you. Please help.

                Received the email from Nilkamal customer care and they apologized for the caused inconvenience and accepted their mistake. Also mentioned that they will ensure not to repeat such occurrence in future and begged to provide one more chance to serve me. However i am not interested now.
                Finally they initiated refund of my payment [without any interest] after 77 days on 23rd Aug.2020. But it's ok, as at least i got my money back.

                Thanks a lot to consumercomplaints portal.

                  We have purchased nilkamal mattress from badangpet 2 years ago and we have 5 years warranty for the mattress. From past 3 months we are experiencing issue with springs in a mattress. It causing discomfort to us and due to that we are suffering with back pains. We have given complaint on this issue and contacted company persons rajesh and srikanth. There is a delay in the process, the representative has come and took the pictures and informed that he has raised the file, but we couldn't find any solution for it. Now we need the action as soon as possible.

                    We bought a chair of nilkamal from amazon which we received after a long waiting period. That chair was unassembled. We placed a request for assembly of the same with nilkamal. We have raised the request multiple times but no response. Customer care also put our call on hold and cut after some time. We have raised a return request but nobody is entertaining to that also. My money is stuck with that. Plz help

                        I have placed only one order online so far and my data (Name, phone number and personal address) has been leaked to a fraud company who call me for lucky draw every now and then.
                        Caller is also abusive. Call comes from below number.

                            However, after that have followed up twice on the email just to get a response by when the products shall be delivered but there hasn't been any response. The phone numbers provided by the company is never picked up.

                            The product was delivered and I received a call from an executive and she apologised on behalf of the organisation for the delay. I requested them to look into the various complaints that were not addressed and it was eroding the brand value.

                              As posted earlier for order 6098 there is no status for the product and now customer care not picking my call. Had raised lot many emails for refund but no reply received. Got this platform for raising complaint but company people simply mentioned here notified. After notified they must reply to me about the product delivery or any refund but still i am in the same stage as earlier. No benefit

                                Refer order id 5592 dated 22nd may. I had ordered a computer table with full advance payment on 22nd may. I am not getting any update on delivery. I had made multiple calls to customercare number, however nobody is answering the cls. I had sent multiple mains to customercare email address but nobody is replying to the mails. I am fed up with the service. I have finally sent mail to cancel the order. But bo body replying to that mail too.
                                U want to cancel and refund of my payment already made.

                                Hello, exactly same thing happened with me. I also placed an order on 7th June 2020 [Computer table] with full payment made and this was supposed to be delivered by 24th June [including delay delivery due to Covid situation], but with multiple follow-up's with their customer care through emails, finally they sent it on 22nd July 2020 and that too damaged product, which i refused to accept and returned / didn't take the delivery. And then when i complaint about it, they asked for proof, then i sent them all the images of damaged 3rd class delivered product, so they said they will arrange the refund. But unfortunately till today [14th Aug 2020] they have not refunded my money and seems they even don't want to, as they stopped reverting to my emails. Seems this is their main bushiness to make money bu cheating the innocent customers. I choosed Nilkamal over Peppery fry and other providers in Amazon & Flipkart thinking Nilkamal is Indian Brand lets go with it, and now i extremely disappointed and frustrated. They don't deserve our trust.

                                      Approx one month has been past but still i have not received any chairs
