I had ordered a ergonomic chair on 3rd june that was supposed to be delivered on 19th june. But there is no sign of delivery. Neither is there any response on the call centre number nor is there any proper update on email.
They are cheating customers. Order # 6098. Customer care are now not picking the call and if they picked up by mistake their reponse is not satisfactory, now what to do

I received the product on 27 june but was not assembled as installation was part of order.On next day only I called customer care but they never pick up the call.So I had initiated a mail to customer care for installation. No response has been received by Nilkamal. Dont know what to do with this unassembled product .

    I had ordered a ergonomic chair on 31th may that was supposed to be delivered on 16th june. But there is no sign of delivery. Neither is there any response on the call centre number nor is there any proper update on email.
    Its an indefinite dead lock i am being forced into. They are cheating customers. Order # 5944. Even they do no reply on social networking websites they are part of. Where do i reach i do not know.

      I purchased laptop table on 22nd of may 2020 till date not delivered upto me. I chased same with customer care and got third party logistic details as[protected] shippment done and status updated as delivered. Confirmation invoice fake and updated with fake signature and mobile no. NOW NILKAML not responding on call or mail.

            Dear sir
            I had ordered laptop table online considering the reputation of neelkamal company on 28-may-2020. 18 days have passed and its not shipped. Nobody is picking the customer care number provided in neel kamal furniture site.
            I am frustrated. Please make a refund of my amount.

              Worst company to dealt with. I have ordered my product on 3rd may, it’s been nearly a month now, after lockdown relaxation and still struggling to contact and know the status of my product. Is there any hierarchy of management people in your company to whom i escalate my issue. Your customer care number is pathetic, earlier they respond that we are working on this, but now they don’t bother to pick up phone.

              Please either refund my amount or send me updated status of my order.

              Please respond to your customer for your company’s reputation at least.

              Some more points to share :-
              Keeping loyal customers is less expensive than getting new ones. Research shows that it costs about five times more to attract new customers than to retain existing business. Satisfied customers become devoted buyers when a business is trustworthy and provides good customer service.

                Dear team,

                I have bought an item - order# 5327-nilkamal thames mid back fabric chair (Maroon)
                Sku code: ommfabpshtn710mrn worth ₹4460 on may 04, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered by may 22, 2020. But it is not delivered. On website also i do not find any option to track it. Now, i sent mail to customer care in this regard but did not get any response. Customer care receives a call when i call from different numbers but not my registered number. And then say the same gibberish. It will be delivered asap and we will reach back in 48 hours.

                  I have booked 4 chairs from the website and paid upfront the whole amount the delivery date was told 20th april but due to corona i excused and waited for another week and then later i called their customer care and raised a trouble ticker. They told the chairs shall be delivered as soon as possible and said order is in priority list. I am calling their customer care since 10 days they don't even respond and connect to the executive and tell they will call later but none received yet. I have written mail to their customer support executive but no reply as of now. The worst experience relating to online shopping i may have ever experienced first taking the payment upfront and then not even delivering the product. Such poor support of their customer executives was never expected of the company of good reputation in my eyes. This company has laid down the goodwill it carries in the market. Order no 5266 and i want that they should get the product delivered as soon as possible. I tried to cancel the order even there is no provision

                    Item not delivered and customer care does not respond

                    Dear team,

                    I have bought an item - order# 5709- nilkamal spacio computer table (Black)
                    21.5 kg
                    Sku code: ispaccomtblbwl worth ₹5100 on may 25, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered by june 6, 2020. But it is not delivered. On website also i do not find any option to track it. Now, i sent mail to customer care in this regard but did not get any response. Neither their customer care number seems to be functional...

                    Refer order id 5592 dated dated 22 may. I ordered the item as assured delivery was shown on 5th jun. But till date item is not being despatched.

                        I had Bought Nilkamal Adorn 3 RH Seater Corner Sofa from Address: 9, 10, 11, Block A, Ground Floor, C-2, Near Tapadia Cine Market Private Limited, Town Centre, Cidco, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431005
                        Phone:[protected], on 28/12/19 with invoice number [protected]. Sofa was delivered on 18/1/20 in PUNE .After which there was issues with the legs of the sofa which were not fitting properly, So raised the complaint.People from company came twice and tried to repair the sofa, in doing so they damaged the support, which was immediately brought to their notice, but they neglected it.The same was also mentioned on the report they had made after trying to repair the sofa . On 21/05/20 suddenly the sofa broke when we were sitting on it. I would like the company to completely change the sofa soon or refund . No repair work will be allowed as it is within warranty period .I demand for new sofa or complete refund .

                            I have ordered felecia sofa cum bed in dark grey colour by nilkamal from pepperfry.com on 18th september 2019. Invoice no. - [protected]. Warranty given by nilkamal is of 1 year from date of invoice.
                            On 23rd feb 2020, suddenly some crack noise have come and middle portion of the sofa is going down on sitting. After checking from below, it looks like some string is broken. I have sent mail to "furniture. [protected]@nilkamal.com" about the issue. After that i am daily following up with nilkamal to sent to a person to rectify or replace the sofa but absolutely no response from there side.
                            I have sent so many mails, reminders and even called them but no response from nilkamal. I have paid rs 9, 443 and its all waste since i cannot use the sofa anymore.

                              I purchased a mattress size 6/4" in last year with the warranty of 05 years. Now after one year mattress is pressed and not looking gud in condition. I complained with the dealer and he said that our representative will come to check and report us. One of the person has come and said that it is ok. (Thoda bahut to kharab hoga hi). He was looking like labour.

                              I request you to please check the same and replace it as soon as possible. It is not ok. We have purchased this mattress with the name and fame of nilkamal company and brand. Please don't spoil the reputation of the company.

                                We purchased a cool nilkamal mattress from @home by nilkamal, at the time of purchase wentold them our size is 6*6 king size, bt what they gave us was 6*6.5
                                They have taken tht mattress back and now when we are asking our money refund they are telling us to take credit note.
                                We are not tht rich that we spend our mattress money for something else tht we don't want.
                                Please arrange for our money refund

                                  I have purchased the following material on dated 21.01.20 from the showroom as follows

                                  Cozycom - furniture division
                                  A1/03. S s b sarani, sector 2a, bidhannagar, durgapur-713212 west bengal.

                                  1. Dinning set of rs 13800 only
                                  2. Folding 4 fold bed of rs 5805.00 only
                                  3. Fb2 plastic storage cabinet of rs 9700 only.
                                  4. Fb1 plastic storage cabinet. Of rs 9350.00 only.
                                  After receiving the material on the same date it was found that there was scratches on the glass of the fb2 plastic storage cabinet.
                                  Also the fixing of the rack is not upto the mark. There was problem at the fixing also.
                                  It was informed m/. S cozycom on the very next day. It was intimated that i have to wait for 7 - 10 days as they are taking necessary action for importing the door separately from mumbai.
                                  Also it was informed that they are sending the fitter to sort out the issue of fixing of rack and outside gap,.
                                  Today is 13.02.20. Till date neither the fitter has come to look after the issue nor they are taking necessary action for the rectification of the glass.
                                  I am unable to utilize the product since 21.01.20.
                                  I am very much frustrated on your way of business and after sales services. I am realizing that they are cheating me and misguiding me repeatedly.
                                  I would like to intimate you that i am taking necessary action to raise the complain against m/s nilkamal and m/s cozycom to consumer forum within by tomorrow.
                                  Again i am informing you that i am very much frustrated on your product and service. It was really unexpected from a reputed brand like you.

                                    I bought nilkamal mattress from acharya distributor mysore. Within 2 i founded mattress damage. I immediately inform to acharya distributor. Technical person from acharya distributor mysore, visited my and confirm that the mattress is problem. We will inform to nilkamal head office to replace the mattress.

                                    Now more than six months over still not replacement of mattress.

                                      Recently we have purchased nilkamal 2 chairs which are having maufacture defects... Which leads sleeper while sitting in chair...2 times i fall down from chair.
                                      Please have a look at the pics and arrange the replacement for the same as early as possible.

                                      Or else will take another action for help.
