I bought products from Nilkamal and have received Cashback coupons. These coupons are to provide Rs.100 cashback once claimed (within 48hrs). I have got four coupons which I claimed them on the 6th of June 2022. And today is 16th June and not a single Rupee has been received. I have mailed them and they simply stated that it will be processed very soon. 3 days gone and still no cashback. It is not even about the money, its only 400 rupees. But being a valuable customer to the brand and getting Scammed with such Fraud offers just makes me really MAD. I cannot understand why such a reputable brand like Nilkamal would do such a Fraudulent act just to attract customers. Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (6)

I bought nilkamal products and got vouchers. I had 5 vouchers of rs.500 and 4 vouchers of rs.100. I haven't received a single penny until now and im technically in loss of 2900 rs.
This is really irritating and disappointing at the same time. Reputed company like nilkamal must not tolerate such issues. I need my 2900 rs asap. Please do something it's not a small amount
I've been a trusted and regular customer of nilkamal for a long time now. I always buy stuff in bulk as we have cooperate need for chairs and all. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER SOON OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS.I claimed my vouchers on 16th of july. Its been above 48 hours and no payment has been received. Its 24th july for god sake.
Please take immediate actions
