Ordered on 5th October, for two weeks no response from Nilkamal, hence thought of cancelling order. Called your customer care & as per instructions received, sent an email for order cancellation 5days back. Email reference: TT12759-DJ-04. Still unresolved and no response from your customer care about my money. I have spoken with consumer affairs and going to lodge a complaint if I don’t hear from you immediately. And, also will take this matter on social media.
