Ninecolours — Order not dispatched

Hi,

This is regarding my order number #[protected] which i placed on ninecolours website on 18 may 2017.

I have contacted customer support many times and they always say that your product will dispatch within 48 hours from last 1 week but till now it is not dispatched.

After that they dont respond. My order is confirmed but sometime they say the product is of stock sometimes they say it will dispatch within 48 hours.

Please help me is getting my product or refund.
