One of the product I received had broken zip and the fitting was also incorrect. They have no option to raise return request on their website. I tried their help chat but they were unable to help me. I had to raise 2 mail for this and then they came up saying that I have raised complain post 24hrs. They didnt reply and they kept no option on website. How will a customer know where to raise complain? Also I had sent them images of the product but they refused to consider and my money is with them as a waste. Was this information helpful? |
