It's been more than a week I have returned faulty item to ninecolours. Still they aren't refunding me the amount.Initially they lied saying they didn't get the product when I gave the proof they aren't receiving calls, answering messages and mails.
I hope you will look into the problem and help me to return my money as early as possible.

This is regarding my order number #[protected] which i placed on ninecolours website on 18 may 2017.

I have contacted customer support many times and they always say that your product will dispatch within 48 hours from last 1 week but till now it is not dispatched.

After that they dont respond. My order is confirmed but sometime they say the product is of stock sometimes they say it will dispatch...

Product ordered worth Rs 3899 was received built with worst quality material not even worth Rs. 500. A request for return was raised and product was returned on 14-Feb, since then the company is denying refund. Rs 3899 is a big amount for a mid-class family person. Request consumer complaint team to address it urgently and process the complain against the ninecolours company asap please....

One of the product I received had broken zip and the fitting was also incorrect. They have no option to raise return request on their website. I tried their help chat but they were unable to help me. I had to raise 2 mail for this and then they came up saying that I have raised complain post 24hrs. They didnt reply and they kept no option on website. How will a customer know where to raise complain? Also I had sent them images of the product...
