Nios Deled — double payment of exam fee of nios

Respected sir,
I have paid NIOS D.El.Ed - II Year Admission Fees[protected] on evening of july -2018.But for first time (SBI) my money is deducted from my bank account but it is showing that payment is not completed in the nios website.So I paid again and this time payment( ICICI BANK) is confirmed.So my humble request is to refund money as I paid twice.
