Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts — Refund the membership fees

Hi, I went to GOA and took the membership for Nimiti Resorts & Clubs on 5th October 2018. I have given 11000 rupees. But after I didn't book any resort and I tried to book also they told no availability.

Now I want to cancel my membership and need refund my membership fee.

Could you please help me.
