Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts — service not provided as promised

We have bought nirmiti membership on 31st december 2018. They promised us to provide dae card which even after 2 months they couldn't fulfil and they are not refunding the money as well as the contract says non refundable but contract also promises to provide dae card. Please help me getting my hard earned money back sir. They were selling their membership in goa, there customer care is not sure when they can give the dae card. They took 65000 rs from us. Please help us get our money back.
