Nissan Motors — My New Car accident ny Neo Nissan Technician

Hi, This is Ankit Gupta, S/O Bhushan Gupta, R/O Proview Laboni Apartment, Flat-C603, Crossing Republik Township, Ghaziabad-201009. I have purchased Nissan Terrano XLD O with temporary registration number: UCF0092804, Permanent Reg No. UP14CR2226, from Neo Vehichleaids Pvt. Ltd.Sector-3, Noida-201301, on 21st August 2015. On 27th Sep 2015 I have requested for Service Checkup of my car at around 10:00 AM, Nissan Service Agent (Ahmad) has called me to pick my car from my home, Nissan's driver Ashwini (M-[protected]) picked up my car at around 11:30 AM to their Nissan service center Sec 63 Noida. My car was under checkup and testing in Nissan Service Center. Suddenly I got a call (M-[protected]) from one man from public at around 3:00 PM that my car has got a road accident by Nissan driver and few people are injured. He told me that car is totally damaged and this was completely over speeding case and negligence of company's driver. Then I have called 100 No. to register this case to UP Cops. Post that I have called Mr. Pankaj Bhardwaj (M- [protected]) designated as a Asst. General Manager Neo Nissan Noida, he has confirmed me that Neo Nissan is taking care the entire situation and case included all the legal factors and injured persons involved in this accident, myself (Ankit Gupta) as a owner of car is not responsible in any case related to this accident because this accident has happened from their technician and Neo Nissan is responsible for the same. Now I am interacting with Mr. Puneet Gupta-MD Neo Nissan Noida (M-[protected]) and they are saying they have done the settlement with all the six injured persons and wanted me to do the settlement too. They have offered me the proposal mentioned below: 1. Repair of my car with my car insurance 2. Rs.50000 cash as a Compensation amount 3. 2 years extended warranty and 4 years service with zero labor cost. I have denied their proposal and asked for Replacement of my accidental car with the new car as my accidental car was 1 month old new car and I have taken car loan to purchase this car. And now the resale value of this car is nothing, its a complete loss for me. Please help me to resolve this issue as I have very positive expectations from this forum. I have all the evidences (recordings and settlement copy) to prove my statement mentioned above. Kindly take an appropriate action on this.
