Respected Sir/Madam,

I Ms. Kunj Pradip Bhatia residing in SS 2/A, 2nd floor, Sector 6, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai 400709 is complaining about facing water issues since last 1 month. Since the water line got changed we are not at all getting proper water supply, even we are unable to get proper drinking water. We have already complained regarding the same to the nagarsevak and he has been looking into the same. But still there has been no response from nmmc dept.

It is my kind request to you to look into the matter immediately and give a quick resolution on the same as soon as possible.

Would like to pay your attention on the illegal hawking near CIDCO pond and in front of societies at Sector 9 Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. Specially on sunday. This hawker market will attract more people and surrounding area becoming crowded, which may spread diseases in the current pandemic Covid period.

It is requested to take action and de-assemble these hawkers shops immediatelty in the interest of safety and security of residents living there.

Ulwe is bulit as a strategic location and have its own beauty and importance. But due to these illegal hawkers will damage the image o[censored]lwe .

This is to inform you that a nmmc notice board is being hidden due to unauthorized banner in Nerul sector-02.

Due to which local citizen are not able to see restrictions mentioned on notice board.
Citizen have again started dumping garbage on road.

How can anyone place a banner on Nmmc notice board ???

Request you guys to take immediate action.

I harpreet singh suri prop of m/s suri motors. want to register a complaint that lot of hawkers are sitting out side are office premises because of the wine shop next to are office.
more than 200 people sitting and drinking alcohol and creating newsense and shouting are yelling at the ladies and small children in going through that area, sec 28 vashi navi mumbai plot no 279.

I have visited o March 3, 2021 for taking vaccine at the hospital. It is very unfortunate that no proper communication was available to the seniors who cane to visit for vaccination.Dr Kavita was providing wrong information. It is unfortunate that no clear instruction was displayed and provide guidance to visitors.
Kindly request the vaccination center staff to be considerate for visitors.

Dav Kharghar is making compulsory for all 11th standard students to come and give offline exams. Parents have no option other than risking their child's life and sending them to school
just for the sake of exams. No other options are given . Everyone have to come and give exams no matter what.
Even in this high rise of corona patients they are not understanding the seriousness of the situation . The parents are forced for sending their wards. The exam starts from 1st March. Without doubt it will be highly destructive for kharghar as the chances of spread of corona will increase drastically. If anyone is reading this I request you to take actions on these topics as soon as possible to ensure tbe corona cases in Kharghar are in control.

We are facing problems regarding garbage collection. The garbage collection van comes anytime suitable to them. Since we stay inside the cluster in Artist Village the van does not come near our house. Since the place is open we cannot make out from where the music is coming from the van. Otherwise also it does not wait till we can give the garbage. It leaves immediately. Please provide proper designated garbage bins to avoid inconvenience to citizens. You will appreciate that working class people cannot afford to wait for garbage van and then go to work. Thank you.

I was given the first dose of covisheild on 16/01/21, on the first day in Apollo hospital. The second dose should have been given on 13/02/2021, but I have not received any call from Nmmc for the second dose which has already started and my colleagues have already taken it. This way the very reason for taking the vaccine has been defeated. Looks like we have to wait for the vaccine to be launched commercially so that we will be able to take it. This mismanagement is responsible for the poor response for implementation of vaccine. With the rest of population yet to receive the vaccine, it will need better planning

Garbage is not collected since one month...our company is now garbage company so please do the needful.

I the under sign mohammad kalimuddin khan, permanent residing, at kopar khairne, would like to submit a burning issue In a co operating society, I have to inform u that as citizen of kopar khairne, I have seen some illegal construction in near by society. They are havebuilt unauthorized illegal construction in society without NMMC or CIDCO permission. Society name is The residency apt chs, plot no 62, sector 2a.kopar khairne, navi mumbai pin 400709

I am giving following details o[censored]nauthorized illegal construction.

1_ pump house of the society is not in right position. A pump house cum watchman residence is illegal built on underground water tank.

2- As per the NMMC approved ground floor building plan, under ground water tank is shown in the South -East corner of the plot no 62 . Actually under ground water tank is illegally built in the mid - eastern place between two wings.

3- in flat no 604 penthouse, there is a indoor lift not mentioned in the master building plan.

4- in flat no 304, the internal flat is altered by demolishing plan.

5- flat no 101 and flat no 102, have converted their terrace into illegal rooms as part of their 3 bhk flat.

6- society entrance toilet room and society office are illegal not showing in master plan.

All these illegal construction is carried under supervision of society chairman and secretary of this society without the permission of CIDCO and NMMC. Chairman and secretary are not talking any action. They are responsible for this illegal construction. Because chairman is at his post since last 14 years.

I have already inform many times, regarding illegal construction of this society and flat owners. But this time, I am giving you a complaint against the society and flats owners.
Hope you will take necessary legal action against this society and flat owners for illegal construction and structure.
I will also submit some photo and Government approved plan with this complaint letter.
